Since starting the Solera Beverage Group, we have established ourselves as the Nordic market leader. We have a deep understanding of the Nordic market and work intensely on developing new and innovative ways to bring producers, distributors, media and markets together. We have a strong track record of winning tenders and launching new products. We offers drinks for every moment in the Nordic region.

NORWAY

Solera Norway is one of the largest beverage importers in the market and we operate in all distribution channels. With our great relationships with retailers and wholesalers, we have access to 100% distribution in all channels in Norway. We have a deep understanding of the Norwegian market and our roots can be traced back to 1924 when the first company Einar A. Engelstad was founded. Today, Solera Norway consists of seven independent companies that import and sell wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic products to the Norwegian market. Solera also have one logistics company. Due to our long experience in the market we have a strong understanding of Category Management in a state-controlled sales monopoly. Solera Norway is one of the market drivers and we have consistently won the most commercial tenders over the last years. Along with our success at Vinmonopolet we also work closely with over 1,000 restaurants and hotels, as well as selling products in the grocery and convenience chains in Norway.

SWEDEN

PrimeWine Group consists of four independent companies that import and sell wines and spirits to the Swedish market. Since its startup in 2002, PrimeWine Group has enjoyed a rapid and sustained growth. Our achievements include obtaining the most new listings in the product range offered by the Systembolaget consistently from 2006 to 2013. We have an effective and innovative marketing and PR approach with the largest in-house marketing and PR department in the business. Due to this, we have a stronger focus on planning and executing activities and actions than our competitors who traditionally work with outsourced partners.  In the very competitive Nordic market we find it extremely important to focus on quality and quality control. As part of our forward vision PrimeWine has built an in-house wine laboratory to ensure our products always are in line with the highest quality standards.

Solera Finland consists of three independent companies that import and sell wines and spirits to the Finnish market. Since 2006 Solera Finland has been successfully operating and representing a number of major international brands in the Finnish market. Together with our producers, we put the customers in focus. We are constantly working towards offering good price/quality products and we have continuously been one of top three leading importers in winning commercial tenders at Alko since 2009. Our vision is to become the leading alcoholic beverage partner in the Finnish market and establish a Finnish business structure that is capable of delivering greater value to our partners, customers and owners.
